Infusion Athletic Training's Mountain Training Camp
Join us for 6 days of intense sports performance mountain training that will include: Trail Running, Mountain Biking, White Water Rafting, Alignment Therapy, Speed Training, Strength Training, Yoga, Mind/Body Exercises and more.

June 16-23, 2018, Green Sulphur Springs West Virginia.

Participants must be 14 - 22 years old.

IAT Mountain Training will be lead by Coach Jim Fox & supported by Matt West and Fay Bouman

Jim's Past Experience Include:

  • Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at American University 1996-2001
  • Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Washington Capitals 2002-2004
  • Professor at American University (Health and Fitness Department) 2002-2004
  • Jim has trained notable professional athletes such as Patrick Ewing, Peter Bondra, Olie Kolzig, Alonzo Mourning, Jeff Halpern, and Dikembe Mutombo

Working with Jim Fox was instrumental in helping me mentally overcome serious reconstructive knee surgery. Jim also helped me physically get back to the NHL level I needed to be at to compete. Jim’s knowledge of strength and conditioning at the elite level and attitude are second to none in the area.

IAT Mountain Training Camp is located in beautiful Green Sulphur Springs, West Virginia
30 minutes from the New River Gorge

The Camp is situated on a 200 acre private mountain property owned by personal friends of Coach Fox. Some of the best mountain biking and river rafting in the country is located minutes from the property. The land hosts numerous mountain trails for hiking and trail running, and there is a pond for swimming.

The cabins were built by the land owners to host retreats, wellness events and educational activities, which makes the Infusion Training Camp a perfect fit. Fay Bouman, who will be the yoga instructor for the camp, grew up on the land and knows all of the local farmers in the area, who's food will be sourced within a 20 mile radius to provide true farm-to-table meals for all of the camp participants.
